You’ll have access to high-definition (single vision, bifocal, trifocal, or premium progressive) lenses, premium anti-reflection coating, scratch-resistant coating, and UV protection all for one low price!

- Materials Only Plan: Use your frame allowance to get a complete pair of glasses or contact lenses from a Vision Care Direct provider’s office. If the eyewear you choose is more than the frame allowance, you’ll only be responsible for the difference in price.
- Exam + Materials Plan: Enjoy the best of both worlds! Get a comprehensive eye exam and the latest eyewear in a single, easy-to-understand Vision Care Direct plan.

- Progressive lens coverage with our standard VCD option is equal to doctor’s retail cost of standard trifocal lenses. The difference between the retail cost of progressive and trifocal lenses is patient responsibility.
- Lens enhancements not listed as covered options above (polycarbonate, high-index, photochromic, etc.) can be added at Vision Care Direct provider’s usual and customary rate.
- Contact lens benefit may be used in lieu of glasses benefit options listed above.
